Jan, Feb, Mar, Dec.1 -15th- 2 night weekend rental is $2900. Apr, May, Aug, Sept, Nov.- 2 night weekend rental is $3600. June, July, October- 2 night weekend rental is $4600. Call for other pricing. Longer the stay the better the discounts. Big discounts available for long weekday rentals. One night weekend rentals available for some months. Can also rent out one floor of 8 rooms if entire lodge not needed. Guests using reception hall/ conference room must leave hall as it was upon arrival or money will be deducted from security deposit. Groups may pay a Clean Up Fee if prefered. No nails, no staples and no duct tape allowed on walls. Tax is 10%. Guests may set up room and decorate as agreed upon. Clean Up Fee is $125 extra if needed. Hall is set up for 70 people. Parties up to 125 can be easily accomodated, however, there is an additional $100 set up fee for over 70 people. Outdoor Ceremony Chair Set Up: Chairs can be delivered and set up outside if desired. Call on pricing. Large commercial BBQ grill available for rent for $25 per day. Individual Room Rates vary between $59-$129 depending on season and night of week. Discounts available for long stay customers.

 Beautiful log cabin Inn at Cliffview Resort overlooking magnificent mountain valley views, offering 16 rooms, each with 2 queen beds, bathroom, satellite tv service, and sliding glass door to outside wrap around deck with porch swings and fantastic views. Perfect choice for weddings, receptions, retreats, conferences, church groups, youth groups & couple get aways, etc. Reception room can accommodate up to 125 people. Allows for privacy, meeting space, banquets and food service, use of outdoor areas. Inn rental comes with use of reception/conference room with 6-5 ft round tables, 3 rectangular tables, large buffet serving table, sink, counter and cabinets, 2-refrigerators, ice machine, coffee pots, microwaves, popcorn machine. A large lobby with couches, chairs, T.V. and stone gas fireplace included. Outside is large "wedding deck" overlooking magnificent mountain valley view and picnic tables are on the premises. Additional tables and chairs can be provided with the additional set up fee.A large connecting 2-room suite with large Jacuzzi tub and gas fireplace is available. Perfect for honeymooners while wedding guests use the other rooms. During prime season, preference is given for rentals of one or two floors on weekends. Then individual rentals of rooms can be made when large group rentals are not taking place. Each floor has 8 rooms.
Individual room rates as low as $59 a night weeknights, weekend prices vary per season. Individual Room Reservations Made Only 45 Days In Advance. Housekeeping services are provided before and after each rental and not daily. Some extra supplies are available.
